When you use your smartphone, you’d better ...
1 stretch your arms and shoulders every 10 minutes,
2 move your neck around every 5 minutes,
3 close your eyes as often as possible,
4 hold the screen at eye level, and
5 keep your ears over your shoulders.
Most important of all, avoid using a smartphone, if you can.
Mr. Phone: Well, ...... This is too much, and I’m not a person who likes stretching exercises.
Judge: Yes or no, Mr. Phone?
Mr. Phone: ......
Judge: I think your silence means no.
Now you can quit your job, Mr. Neck.
Mr. Phone: Wait! Please do not leave me!
We are going to quit, too!
(An alarm goes off and becomes louder.)
Wake up! Wake up!
