애완동물 탐정

Adia is a smart girl.

Adia는 똑똑한 소녀이다.

 

She really enjoys solving problems for others.

그녀는 다른 사람들을 위해 문제를 해결하는 것을 정말 즐긴다.

 

Do you know what her nickname is?

그녀의 별명이 무엇인지 아는가?

 

She is called “Little Sherlock” by her neighbors.

그녀는 이웃 사람들에 의해 “작은 셜록”이라고 불린다.

 

One day, some pets in her village were gone.

어느 날, 그녀의 마을에서 몇몇 애완동물들이 사라졌다.

 

So, her neighbors asked her to find their lost pets.

그래서 그녀의 이웃들은 잃어버린 애완동물들을 찾아 달라고 그녀에게 부탁했다.

 

She went to the house of one of the owners to look for some clues.

그녀는 단서를 찾기 위해 (애완동물의) 주인들 중 한 사람의 집으로 갔다.

 

Surprisingly, a strange note was left on the front door.

놀랍게도, 이상한 쪽지 하나가 현관문에 남겨져 있었다.

She drew a table to put all the clues in.

Second, she wrote “garden” under Mary’s name because her pet was lost in the garden.

두 번째로, 그녀는 Mary의 이름 아래에 ‘정원’을 썼는데, Mary의 애완동물이 정원에서 없어졌기 때문이다.

 

Then, Adia wrote “woods” in the box under John’s name because his pet was lost there.

Next, Adia knew the cat was lost in the garden. Amazing!

Adia then went to Mary’s house and found her cat up the tree.

Next, she went to the woods with John and found his dog near the water.

그다음, 그녀는 John과 숲으로 가서 그의 개를 물가에서 찾았다.

 

Then, she took Robert to the park and they saw his rabbit by the bench.

Finally, Adia found all the pets and returned them safely to their homes.
