Corky was a brave young man.

Corky는 용감한 청년이었다.

 

He wanted to be a general, but the king said, “You’re the strongest man in my army, but you have much to learn.”

그는 장군이 되기를 원했지만 왕은 이렇게 말했다. “자네는 우리 군대에서 가장 강한 전사이네. 하지만 자네는 아직도 배울 게 많아.”

 

He ordered Corky to go to a famous military school.

왕은 Corky에게 유명한 군사 학교에 갈 것을 명령했다.

 

“Wait there. In a hundred days, your training will start,” a voice said from inside the school gate.

Corky got angry. But then he thought there might be a reason, so he waited.

Then, the teacher told Corky to stand against a pole.

Suddenly, he tied Corky to the pole.

Above his head, he put a sign that read “Dangerous and Bad.”

Many people passed by.

Next, the teacher took Corky to a large hall with a chair in the middle.

다음 단계로 스승은 Corky를 중앙에 의자가 놓여 있는 커다란 홀로 데리고 갔다.

 

There were 19 other warriors who had passed their tests.

그곳에는 시험에 통과한 19명의 다른 전사들이 있었다.

 

“The first one to sit in the chair will be the winner,” the teacher said.

Corky and the others began fighting.

Thunder walked toward the chair to sit in it.

Then, he saw Corky standing with his 18 followers.

그러다 그는 Corky가 18명의 추종자들과 함께 서 있는 것을 봤다.

 

Thunder realized he was all alone.

“I give up. You’re the real winner,” Thunder said to Corky.

At that moment, the teacher appeared and said.

Sooner or later, everyone wants to stand on the side of peace.”

Corky returned to the palace after his training ended.

Corky는 훈련을 마친 후 성으로 돌아갔다.

 

When the king saw him approach, he gave Corky a wise and knowing smile and said, “What’s up, General?”
